Galashiels railway station is to serve the town of Galashiels, Scottish Borders, Scotland. It is to be reopened as part of the Waverley Line, a project to run between Edinburgh and Tweedbank, a village on the outskirts of Galashiels.
The original station was closed by British Rail in 1969, along with the rest of the Waverley Line.
